Korean Mint

Ex Kings Seeds. “Excellent mint-scented perennial plant, good for bees, herb teas and a heady mint flavour, although it is not a true ‘mint’ botanically. Does not invade like mint. Dies back in frost and also sometimes after flowering and seeding. My plants are sheltered from the frost by an evergreen tree and are in leaf all winter on Banks Peninsula. Easy to grow from prolific seeds.” (Martin Tickner) From KJ Davies, Dunedin, 2016; Karlene Herdman, Rapahoe, West Coast, 2012; KJ Davies, Christchurch, 2012; Rachel Geddes-Scott, Christchurch, 2012.
