Description
Nicandra physalodes. A small bush with blue flowers, ornamental stems & leaves covered in purple spots. A member of the Solanum family. These plants exude a smell or substance which repels white fly. “Liked the warmer weather & have withstood the gales. The shoo fly kept the white fly off the brassicas but they did then travel across the garden to attack the squash, so may need to be distributed throughout the garden.” (Anne Smith)
